At Attendix App, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services tailored to your business needs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through our website for products and services including (but not limited to):

• Subscriptions of the system.
• Customization as per the business requirements.

Cancellation Policy

• Services: Once a service has been initiated or delivered (such as consultation, store setup, ad campaign launch), it cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Software Products: Downloadable or license-based software once purchased is non-refundable unless a technical issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 days.
• Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
• The amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment or bank account, depending on the transaction method used
• Refunds are only applicable where:
  • The service has not yet commenced
  • There is a technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery
  • There is a double payment or billing error

All prices for our services and products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
